Please allow and additional 5-7 business days for delivery during peak and holiday seasons. Please note that amazongifts.store is not responsible for any damaged packages or parcels during transport. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days, so that we may attempt to rectify the problem with the carrier on your behalf.
*Please take note that some products do not ship Canada. It will be clearly stated on the product page.
* Some items on the same order may arrive at different times due to warehouse locations. (Shipping timelines are still respected)
*We really do recommend placing your online order 10-15 days in advance during any peak, or holiday season to avoid delays.
*For priority shipping, additional charges will apply.
*Special Offer only apply to Non Remote areas. (We cannot ship to any PO BOX numbers or Military APOs. Shipping may exclude highly remote areas)
*Providing service to and from less populated or accessible areas in the US and Canada carries a higher operating costs. Please note that some deliveries may be delayed or the shipping cost may be adjusted to accommodate your order request.

*For certain products on amazongifts.store, Flat rate shipping to Canada may be higher due to the carries cost. This will be displayed at checkout.

- Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we have a very small time-frame between receiving and fulfilling your order, at this time, you cannot change or cancel your order once it is submitted.
- Can I use a coupon, promotional code, or special shipping offer?
Unless otherwise stated in the offer’s Terms and Conditions, most Amazon Gifts coupons and discounts will apply to all orders.
- Can I ship to multiple addresses on the same order?
Currently, our fulfillment centers cannot accept multiple shipping addresses. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
